The session begins with 20–30 minutes of slow, mindful yoga featuring conscious breathing and deliberate movements, enhanced by the soothing sounds of singing bowls during the practice. The latter part of the session (another 20–30 minutes) is dedicated entirely to a full sound bath, designed to release tension, clear blockages, and rejuvenate your mind and body.
